Mr. Roberson is a 25-year veteran of the automotive aftermarket industry. He has held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for three industry leading companies, A.R.E., Sport Masters and TracRac. His broad experience includes owning retail stores and consulting with industry start ups. He is known within the industry for his focus on sales and his ability to build the top line through introducing new products, implementing new programs and by building long lasting relationships with the aftermarket retailer base and industry suppliers.

Mr. Gatti is a 15-year veteran of the automotive aftermarket industry. His upbringing was within the industry as the youngest son of the founder of A.R.E. In his role as A.R.E.'s Director of Information Systems, he has designed, created and implemented what is considered to be the industry best Dealer Extranet site, as well as consulting and collaborating on the industry best consumer site. His responsibilities at A.R.E. have included oversight of all aspects of the company's communications and information systems and much interface with the company's customers and suppliers.

Mr. Gatti is a 33-year veteran of the automotive aftermarket industry, including 18 years as the President and CEO of A.R.E. Mr. Gatti assumed leadership of A.R.E. in 1988 when the company was a small regional manufacturer. By the time of his resignation as the CEO in 2006, A.R.E. had grown into the second largest truck cap company in the US with sales volumes approaching $100 million. He continues as the Chairman of the company in a non-Executive role. Currently, Mr. Gatti serves as a consultant to A.R.E. and other for profit and not for profit enterprises.
