AAG Code of Conduct
  1. At all times operate ethically in your dealings with members of the AAG system.

  2. If you are a retailer member, look out for the interests of your suppliers. If you are a supplier member, look out for the interests of your retailers.

  3. Be concerned about consumer satisfaction and go to all reasonable lengths to attain it.

  4. Make every effort to ship defect-free product and to return only genuinely defective product.

  5. Take responsibility for excellent inventory management practices that minimize the burden of obsolete inventories.

  6. Communicate business issues factually and with respect at all times.

  7. Make every effort to keep commitments made and to communicate all issues with the affected parties when keeping a commitment becomes impossible or impractical.

  8. Properly utilize and protect the industry-specific information provided to you as an AAG member.
